Providence PlaceProvidence Place is an independent, non-profit assisted living community. Opened in September 2007, Providence Place is owned and operated by the Health Services Foundation, which is an organization of local volunteers dedicated to meeting the health care needs of Woodward and northwest Oklahoma.
