Health Services Foundation

Health Services Foundation is a locally owned, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established to promote and improve access to health care services for the residents of Northwest Oklahoma. Our endeavors include operating our beautiful, assisted living community, Providence Place; offering financial assistance to physicians when setting up their local practice; and providing scholarships to Nursing students dedicated to working in Northwest Oklahoma.

The Heath Services Foundation (HSF) is excited to facilitate these educational funding opportunities for Northwest Oklahoma residents who have a passion for nursing.

Applicants must have been accepted into an approved/accredited nursing program and be a resident of Woodward, Harper, Dewey or Ellis County. The nursing program can be at the LPN, RN, BSN, MSN or DNP level. There is no application. Applicants must submit a resume, two letters of reference from teachers, counselors, employers, or community leaders, verification of acceptance into a nursing program along with a 1–2-page essay of why they want to become a nurse.
